As articulated in my teaching philosophy, I care deeply about the people my students become. To this end, I seek to transform my students' educations to help them grow as individuals by utilizing the Transformational Teaching Paradigm Outcomes. Providing my students with access to both opportunities and people, helping my students learn strategies to advocate for themselves and others, and assisting students in the development of strong habits and mindsets helps me transform students' lives in a way that facilitates their dramatic academic growth.
